Terms of sale

Who you are buying from

These packs are sold by GrabURL, who take the payment and handle support, including for packs offered alongside the calculators on the individual sites in the network. The charge appears on your statement as GrabURL. Questions and refund requests go to support@graburl.com.

Some of the sites in this network are themselves advertised for sale. That has no effect on your purchase: the pack, your download link and your support contact are provided by GrabURL and are unaffected if a site changes hands.

What you are buying

A one-time purchase of a PDF, for your own use, personal or commercial. You may print it, keep it, and use its methods and figures in your own work and in work you do for clients.

You may not resell or redistribute the file itself, or republish it as your own product. Using what you learned from it is entirely yours; passing the file on is not.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate. Your download link appears on screen as soon as payment succeeds, and we email the same link to the address you gave. Save the file when you get it.

The link is valid for 7 days and 5 downloads. If it expires or you lose it, email support@graburl.com and we will issue a new one — your purchase does not expire, only the link does.

Price and tax

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the total you pay; any tax we owe is included in that figure rather than added at the end. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, which we do not receive and cannot refund.

Your right to cancel

I ask for immediate delivery of this digital content and acknowledge that I lose my right to cancel once the download link is issued.

That is the acknowledgement you give at checkout, and it is what allows us to deliver the file immediately rather than making you wait out a cancellation period. It is recorded against your order together with the version of these terms in force when you bought.

Separately from it, we offer a voluntary 14-day refund — see the refund policy.

What the packs are, and are not

Every figure in a pack is computed from the numbers you enter, using the same arithmetic as the free calculators on the site it belongs to. The packs contain no market data: no price lists, no typical rates, no benchmark margins. What they do is apply your own numbers consistently and show the working.

They are reference and planning material, not professional advice. They do not replace a qualified engineer, accountant, surveyor, vet, lawyer or safety authority, and nothing in them is a regulatory clearance. Decisions you take remain yours.

Liability

If we get something wrong, our liability to you is limited to refunding what you paid. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your data

We keep your email address, your order, and the calculator inputs you chose to send with it — the last of these is what makes the personalised sheet in the pack possible. We use them to deliver your purchase and to answer support. We do not sell them and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, email support@graburl.com.
