Part 1 picks the look, measures and sizes, prices the make (fabric rounded up the way the cutting counter will, with a 15% cushion), counts the hours with the Deadline Test (in the worked example, 18 hours at 3 a week fails a party four weeks away), prices the rental with the deposit kept apart, and decides with all three in one table. Part 2 schedules a make in six phases counted back from the event, with a buffer week. Includes a decision sheet, a measurement card, a build log, a group costume planner and a costume-day kit and safety card.
