The One-at-a-Time Routine Plan

A skincare routine planner for adding new products one at a time, patch testing each one for 7 to 10 days, flagging combinations of actives for a dermatologist, and paying only for what you finish

iNaturel's Skincare Routine Planner puts your products in order and ends with one line of advice: introduce one active at a time, give skin weeks to adjust, and patch test. The Patch Test Scheduler handles one product. Nothing on the site added the two together, so a whole new routine tends to be bought, opened and started in one go, and a reaction a week later could be any of it. The One-at-a-Time Routine Plan turns that advice into a calendar: an evening routine that adds four new products, mildest first and the acid last, each after its own 7 to 10 day patch test and a settle-in, takes 87 days, 13 weeks (an example). It flags every combination of actives for a dermatologist instead of scheduling it, dates each product from the period-after-opening number printed on its own pack, prices the routine per month from your own receipts, and shows when a big 'value' jar costs more per ml you actually use ($0.90 against $0.73 in the worked example) because a third of it passes its PAO. Every figure is computed from the site's own calculators; prices, dates and sizes are labeled examples and the settle-in is named as a rule of thumb. The patch test is the American Academy of Dermatology's home test. It covers bought products only: no recipes, strengths or shelf lives, no medical claims, and it does not cover sunscreen. Included: 7 steps, a routine order card, a one-at-a-time calendar, a patch test and reaction log, a product shelf sheet, a rollout reference and a quickstart, plus a personalised sheet worked from the routine you entered in the calculator.
